The mission of Sentinel Security Systems is to provide the residential and commercial customers, in its geographical area, with the most proficient and efficient response to their security needs and requirements. Sentinel Security Systems shall be the provider of choice for burglar alarms, fire alarms and other related services within its service area by providing excellent customer service. Customer service includes rapid response to calls, arriving in a timely manner to the customer location, courtesy to all customers and quick and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
